Terms of Use
1. Personal use only
My Personal Assistant (“the app”) is a personal, single-user tool. It is built and run by its owner, for its owner, on the owner’s own computer. It is not offered to the public, and no one else is authorized to use it.
2. Google account access
The app connects only to the owner’s own Google account, using the permissions described in the Privacy Policy. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. AI-generated output may be incorrect; the owner is responsible for reviewing actions such as sending email or editing events and documents.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time by posting a new version on this page.
6. Privacy
How Google user data is accessed and handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
