A private assistant for one person’s Google account.
My Personal Assistant is a personal AI assistant (built on Hermes Agent) that runs only on its owner’s own computer and is used only by its owner.
This is not a public service. It is a personal, single-user tool. There are no sign-ups, no other users and no hosted backend. The only Google account it ever connects to is the owner’s own.
What it does
At the owner’s request, the assistant uses Google APIs to help with everyday tasks:
- Gmail — read and search email, draft and send replies, and organize messages with labels and archiving.
- Google Calendar — check availability and view, create or edit events.
- Google Drive — find and manage files for document work.
- Google Docs & Sheets — read and update documents and spreadsheets.
- Google Contacts — look up contacts to resolve names to email addresses.
How it handles your data
- It runs entirely on the owner’s machine. There is no server operated by the app.
- OAuth tokens are stored only in a local file on that machine and are never sent to any third party.
- Google user data is never sold, shared, or used to train models.
- Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
